This weekend my mom was here. I did the best I could. We'll leave it at that.

I was very good today. Had a veggie omelette with no cheese for breakfast and leftover angel hair pasta with shrimp and eggplant for dinner. I also just finished a 40 minute Flirty Girl Fitness workout.

Today I signed up for ediets.com. It's similar to weight watchers online, but I decided to do something different than weight watchers. Basically I tell them my weight, my goals, and the foods that I like and dislike and they make a week's worth of meal plans for me with food that I can buy at the store. I weigh in weekly with it, as I will be doing on here as well.

Since I will be updating on ediets.com every night, I may not update on here every night. But I'll keep everyone up to date on how I'm doing. Especially if I do really well or really poorly.

Starting over

Ok, so I went on vacation and never really got back on the wagon. So I'm wiping off the dust and starting over. I started dating someone who is incredible. However, he constantly tells me how beautiful and sexy I am. Which feels great, but isn't very helpful in forcing me to lose weight. He, however, is gorgeous and perfect to me and I want to be the same for him (and for myself).

I wish I didn't ADORE food and HATE working out so very much. Eating is easy. Getting to the gym is NOT. But here we go.

Weight: 172.9 (EEK!)
Goal: 150
Pounds to go: 22.9
Weeks to get there: 20

And..we're off
